| The property is made of two individual houses that are connected with an atrium. The houses can be rented separately as well, please refer to our web site for detailed rates. The larger house has two bedrooms with two twin beds and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining area, a living room, a laundry room, an attic, a balcony (view is wonderful), and a backyard (where you can sip your drink under the shade of a mulberry tree). The smaller house has two bedrooms with two twin beds and a bathroom in each room. The top of the house is a large terrace with 270o view of the Marmaris bay. |

Eagle’s Nest vacation rental villa is on top of the hill where the Castle is situated. This area is known as the old Marmaris since it is made of old typical, sympathetic Marmaris houses. Eagle’s Nest is 5 minutes walking distance from the Marmaris Netsel Marina, 5 Minutes walking distance from the restaurants street as well as the shopping area. You will not need to drive a car for anything.
