The large american style kitchen has all mod-coms, and the living room is comfortable with satellite TV, video player (with many videos) and a CD player (again with many CD's). There is a large covered terrace with a barbeque overlooking a very large shared pool. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms(one with en-suite) and a twin room, (all rooms with air-con and balconies)a family bathroom (with full size bath) and a laundry room with washing machine, iron etc. On the second floor there are two further double bedrooms, one is extremally large with a roof terrace and airconditioning, and the other has a large fan. There is a further shower room on the second floor. The villa boasts beautiful landscaped gardens, a very large shared pool (with 9 other villas) and stunning mountain views. |

Calis Beach is a 45 minute drive from Dalaman airport, and only a five minute drive from the beautiful bay of Fethiye. The world famous Olu Denis lagoon is 10 miles away. The beach front in Calis has a traffic free promanade which is lined with around 100 bars, and restaurants, and Villa Laurenta is perfectly located only being a five minute stroll away. The Calis market is 400m from the villa and the water park is 150m away. There are tennis courts 50m away. You can catch the Dalmus (the local bus) outside the villa to Fethiye (40p) or catch a water taxi from Calis Beach (300m from villa) which is extremally cheap (80p) and very enjoyable.
