With two lounges, two kitchens and a choice of eating areas, this villa has double the normal amenities. Most visitors might prefer to do no more than sun themselves by the pool or on the broad expanse of nearby sandy beach but there is so much more to see and do in the area. Steeped in history, the Old Town of Javea and the nearby Port area have interesting places to visit and there are frequent fiestas and cultural events to enjoy. The Montgo mountain is a challenge conquered by many but there are countless gentle walks for the less adventurous. The beautiful 'Miradors' offer fabulous views that simply must be seen.

Javea is equidistant from Alicante and Valencia and local car hire firms offer a service to and from each of the Airports. Speak to the Owners directly if you want to secure the best car hire deals.

If you need any help with planning your stay in this large villa and relaxing by the pool is not going to be enough, please ask the Owners for assistance. They will be only too happy to help you make the most of your holiday in the sun. A 'welcome pack' is an option you might wish to have on arrival and advice on choosing restaurants, bars and entertainment is also available. Just ask!

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and has fine sea views. It is 5 minutes´drive away from a beautiful sandy beach and many restaurants, bars and cafes. There is a choice of golf courses within 20 minutes and the area is excellent for walking. The historic Old Town of Javea has a charm of its own and offers much in terms of culture and entertainment.
