Entrance to villa Helena is through communal gate, stairs lead to Helena and Sonrisa. Enter the large terrace with kidney shaped large pool 8mx6m. A pergola covers part of terrace, garden furniture, outside lighting and BBQ. take a couple of steps into the colourful decorated living area with open plan kitchen, dining table and easy chairs, sofa's and double sofa to be converted in double futon bed. Also tv. satelite, cd player , dvd player, bring your childrens favourite dvd's. Two bedrooms with single beds and two with double beds, shower room and one of the double bedrooms has an on-suite and a little outside terrace. A shower room with washing machine. Air-conditioned for summer and heating for winter nights. Double glazed windows and blinds and for your peace of mind the entire house is security locked.
