| The villa has two parts. Upstairs is a three-bedroom, two bathroom, well apppointed kitchen, large open lounge and dining roon, Sky television. Bring your own card. The balcony to one side of the villa has a panoramic view of the countryside to the Almijara mountains. The front balcony overlooks the private swimming-pool and views of the sea and Africa on a clear day. Large terrace to front with barbeque.
Bellow is a separate, self-contained apartment with well equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining room and two bedrooms with two single beds and a double bed. In the grounds surrounding the house are mature fruit trees including apricots, peaches and cherries. |

There is a car-port and large storeroom with washing machine. The villa is fully furnished and equipped.The house is in one of Nerja's most select areas on the road to Burriana beach, a very quiet residential area. The beach is half a mile and town centre one mile. House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.
