Our lovely villa is located in Spain on the Costa Blanca close to the village of Jesus Pobre which lies between the villages of La Jara and Gata de Gorgos. The nearest town is Denia, a historic town and marina. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are less than 1 hours drive away. It is exclusive and quite unique, sitting on a hillside surrounded by natural pine forest within the Marriott Golf Resort of La Sella.
The villa will provide peace and seclusion for those who just wish to relax in beautiful surroundings.
It will also provide a fantastic base for those who want to explore the delights of the Costa Blanca including the lovely beach side towns of Javea and Moraira.
The golfer can take a day out to play El Saler, which recently hosted the Seve Trophy and was not long ago No. 1 golf course in Europe. It is only a 50 minute drive away close to the beautiful city of Valencia with its fantastic shops and beautiful architecture.

The villa has a large, L-shaped lounge and dining area, which open out onto the kitchen. The lounge overlooks the pool through a large rounded picture window. It is beautifully furnished, in a contemporary style and accommodates 6 people. There are 4 bedrooms, fitted with double wardrobes (plus hangers). The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. It is en-suite with a bath/shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. The other 2 bedrooms on the main level have queen-size beds and an adjoining shower room with washbasin and toilet.

The lower level of the villa houses the fourth bedroom which is a private apartment with shower, washbasin and toilet, a kitchen with fridge and washing machine and an enormous bed-sitting room with double bed which leads out onto a veranda. AND the most beautiful views! In the evening you can see all the lights twinkling between Denia and Valencia. The apartment is ideal for those who would like a little more privacy. The beds are made up on arrival and changed once weekly. Duvets and blankets are both provided. There is also one good quality fold-up bed, which is suitable for an extra child A cot and highchair are available on request. The villa is serviced and maintained by an English Lady who lives locally and is available in case of emergencies.
