| Alcalali, renowned for its restaurants, is a 20 min drive from the beaches of Moraira/Javea/Calpe. Visitors love the cottage's homely atmosphere, the comfort and personal touches. Hence the property is not only a delight in summer but also ideal for longer winter stays. A beautiful inner courtyard, graced by its own tree, provides a partially covered area to sit 'out ' all year round. The mature country garden offers secluded bathing in the lovely 8x4m pool. Upper and lower terraces, screened by vegetation, provide ideal spots to BBQ, or soak up sun on poolside loungers.
For winter stays there is central heating and a newly installed efficient woodburner.The property is maintained by the owner who takes care that all is looked after to a high standard. |
