| The apartment has air-conditioning. It is wheelchair-accessible and is very secure. It is located on the third floor and can be accessed either by stairs or by means of a lift. The South-West facing balcony is not overlooked. All necessary amenities are immediately adjacent - bars, restaurants, banks,internet,hairdresser, pharmacy, taxis and supermarkets. There is a bus stop at the adjacent La Zenia roundabout, allowing easy access to public transport for anyone wishing to visit Torrevieja/Alicante to the North or the historical port town of Cartagena to the South. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single (3ft) beds. There is a
bed/settee in the lounge which comfortably sleeps two adults. There are pillows and blankets
stored underneath. There is a lovely shared pool, with a shallow toddler section, at the rear of the apartment. It is completely enclosed and is very private. |

A welcome pack can be arranged for those who would like the basics such as water,bread, coffee, milk etc. to be provided prior to their arrival-this is convenient for guests arriving at unsocial hours when no supermarkets are open-at time of placing ad a new 24 hour shop had just opened opposite the apartment. Airport taxi service can also be arranged if required.

Nearby Torrevieja, a bustling Spanish harbour town, has a large aqua park, a lively harbour front, evening markets, many restaurants and a lively night life. There is also a casino, museum and theatre, and a fabulous boardwalk. At night, there are a variety of street artists (tattoo,portrait, caricature), hair braiders and traders along the promenade at Torrevieja, giving it a magical atmosphere. There are day trips from Torrevieja harbour to the island of Tabarca. There are also short boat trips (approx half-hour in duration) along the coastline from Torrevieja.
Terra Mitica, the huge theme park in Benidorm (90 minute drive) is well worth a visit. It provides a fantastic day out for adults and children alike – leave early as there is a full days entertainment there. Take a picnic in the coolbox provided in the apartment – there is also a picnic set.
