Casa Joao is at the end of a quiet lane through electronic gates which open onto a large driveway with ample parking for 4 cars. The pretty walled garden has a large lawn, palm tree, shrubs and night lighting. There is a private swimming pool with a separeate children´s pool. The pool is separated from the house by a pool safety fence for toddler security. There are 8 sun loungers, parasols, tables, chairs and a large barbecue. There is also a large sun terrace upstairs where there is another table and 4 chairs.
