Seven miles from the village of Umbertide, and close to the vibrant city of Perugia, it is centrally located among the medieval towns of Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi and close to the many attractions of Umbria, Tuscany and Le Marche.
The property has an incredible position, in a beautiful unspoilt valley with magnificent views. It is approx 1km along a country road and therefore enjoys peace and tranquility, but only 5 mins drive to a main road, ensuring easy access to the attractions of the area.
There are a wide variety of good restaurants all within 10 mintues drive from the property and there is also the option of having a cook come to the villa.
