This beautifully constructed villa will enchant you right from the start; it has utmost privacy and ample parking, enclosed in a well cared for garden full of olive trees, and from which a nature trail leads right off the property.Although built recently, the owners have maintained a traditional Tuscan country style externally and internally. The small road leading to it leaves the main road from Villafranca in Lunigiana to reach the villa just after 1,5kms. All the surrounding towns, hamlets and villages are from medieval times, and the Lunigiana itself is known as 'The land of 100 castles'. Portovenere, Lerici, the Cinque terre,Portofino, Florence, Pisa and Lucca all within a two hour drive.
