The villa is between 2 popular and lively little towns, Sarnano and Amandola. Both have shopping, bars and restaurants, as well as museums and lovely churches. Nearby the larger towns of Ascoli Piceno and Macerata offer more to the tourist, beautiful architecture, galleries, Ascoli has the most beautiful marble piazza in Italy.

For kids this is a great area, they are always welcome in restaurants and the beach is only 45 minutes away with good facilities in the summer months. Along the coast too you will find many good fish restaurants.
Top quality foods produced locally are, cheese, ham, salami, olive oil and wine....not forgetting the ice cream!
The villa is about 1.5 hours from Ancona Airport, 2 from Pescara, 4 hrs from Rome.
