The farm is just ten minutes' walk away from the charming and lively 12th century village of Montefollonico, which has excellent shops, restaurants and a traditional street market. Across the valley is the ancient hilltop town of Montepulciano, famous for its Vino Nobile, and nearby Pienza with its striking architecture commissioned by Pope Pius II. This beautiful region is one of Italy's top wine making zones, and the property is also advantageously placed for visiting many of the well-known and some lesser known places of historic and artistic interest.
