This stunning family villa actually consists of 3 floors, the main house (170 sq.metres in size) which we rent out is on the 2nd & 3rd floor with panoramic views, the basement level is completely seperate & comprisies of a seperate large studio/apartment.
Air conditioning is in the living room/diining room area of the property only, third floor where the bedrooms are have adequate breeze during the summer months due to the direction & height of the property. In a studio holiday complex just 5 minutes walk from the property a large swimming pool open to the public is available should would prefer rather than the beach.

Zakynthos is 8 nautical miles south of Cephalonia and 10 nautical miles from Kyllini in the Peloponnese. It has an area of 402 square kilometres, a coastline of 123 kilometres and a population of 30.000. You can reach the island by plane from Athens, Corfu and Argostoli of Cephalonia. You can also go by bus or train to Kyllini and then take the ferryboat to the island. Local boats connect Zakynthos to Cephalonia during summer.
Also:
(1) Ferry from Italy to Patras and then by car or by bus to Killini or
(2) Charter flights from European cities directly to Zakynthos airport during holiday season (April to October).

Tsilivi is located at the east coast line of Zakynthos. The land is full of olive trees plus many others trees and local plants. The beach is long and safe with fine sand and shallow, crystal-clear waters. It lies only 5 km northwest of the island's capital, near the village of Planos. It offers a great selection of shops, taverns, bars and restaurants.
The sandy beach of Tsilivi (blue flag) is ideal for children and for those who like to swim in crystal clear and calm seawaters. On the beach you can enjoy various sea sports like jet ski, water ski, rings, banana, sea parachute etc. In the afternoons, in July and August, the mistral (NW wind) creates the special conditions for kite and wind surfing. There are also beach bars and restaurants by the sea. Horse riding, diving and a tour around the island by bike or buggy are also available for the ones loving the adventures.
