| Welcome to our luxurious villa just 3 km from Zakynthos town and 1 km from the resort ot Tsilivi on the beautiful Greek island of Zakynthos. The villa set in gated landscape grounds & gardens away from the main resort of Tsilivi in a private location surrounded by olive groves & facing the Ionian Sea allowing for a soft cool breeze during the hot summer months. The surrounding area is quiet but local amenities & the resort is in walking distance, although a car is recommended in order to view fully the island, it is not necessary while staying at this villa. |

Tsilivi is located at the east coast line of Zakynthos. The land is full of olive trees plus many others trees and local plants. The beach is long and safe with fine sand and shallow, crystal-clear waters. It lies only 5 km northwest of the island's capital, near the village of Planos. It offers a great selection of shops, taverns, bars and restaurants.
The sandy beach of Tsilivi (blue flag) is ideal for children and for those who like to swim in crystal clear and calm seawaters. On the beach you can enjoy various sea sports like jet ski, water ski, rings, banana, sea parachute etc. In the afternoons, in July and August, the mistral (NW wind) creates the special conditions for kite and wind surfing. There are also beach bars and restaurants by the sea. Horse riding, diving and a tour around the island by bike or buggy are also available for the ones loving the adventures.
