| The villa is spacious (1,100 sq. ft./100m2), situated in a 350m2 garden with a covered summer kitchen with BBQ beside the swimming pool terrace. The south facing terrace/outdoor dining area also benefits from a large remote controlled awning which offers plenty of shade on hot summer days. The villa has two double bedrooms plus one twin bedroom and a child’s cot (and high chair). The sitting room, dining room and kitchen are open plan with a lovely stone fireplace, whilst large glass doors provide direct access to the swimming pool terrace.
