| The property has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, a single bedroom and a double bed settee in the lounge.The lounge has satellite TV/ DVD player and French doors opening to a balcony, which overlooks the surrounding countryside.
The main bathroom has a shower with separate WC and there is an on suite bathroom to the single bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster etc and a utility room downstairs with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
There is a beautiful swimming pool that is 10m by 5m, has a constant depth of 1.5m and is accessed via roman steps. There is also a detachable safety fence around the pool. A new large patio area has recently been built around the pool.
The garden is a good size and is well stocked with fruit tress (two fig trees, plum, apple and pear). |
