Playa Blanca is located on the south of the island and still retains the atmosphere of a once small fishing village. This flourishing but tranquil resort is ideal for family and for people looking for relaxation: with its beach borderlined by picturesque restaurants and a shop lined promenade, it is always almost basked in warm sunshine and offers superb views of the mountains and the island of Lobo and Fuerteventura. Within a short drive are the magnificent Papagayo beaches, considered by many the most beautiful in Spain. From the harbour at Playa Blanca, ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura. Cot available. Pool hoist available for disable people.
