The well maintained garden is situated around the large pool of 10 m x 5 m which has a night cover. The villa is situated at walking distance to a Comercial center and many different restaurants.
The Golf del Sur village is situated in the south of Tenerife about 10 minutes from the airport, that means that on the garden area you will hear some aircraft noise during the busy hours. The club house for Golf del Sur golf course is only 5 minutes walking.
