A ten minute walk will take you to Polis square where you will find traditional tavernas, bars, restaurants and shops - all greeting you with a warm, Cypriot welcome. A 5 minute drive will take you to the beautiful Latchi beaches, with a further 10 minutes round the Akamas Peninsula taking you on to the Baths of Aphrodite. |

Polis is a 35 minute drive from Paphos Airport. Golf is among the many local activities available with 3 courses within shortish driving distance - Tsada (30 mins), Secret Valley and Aphrodite hills (less than 1 hour). With beaches at Polis and the fishing town of Latchi, a short drive round the beautiful Akamas Peninsula will take you to the Baths of Aphrodite - named after Aphrodite the goddess of Cyprus, and according to legend where she came to bathe after entertaining her lovers. There are also nature trails here popular with walkers. 30 minutes drive from the apartment is the popular Coral Bay resort.
