Heaven’s Edge is situated in the beautiful Pissouri Bay area of Southern Cyprus, midway between Paphos and Limassol. As you approach Pissouri Beach, you will see the prestigious Ampelohori development nestling into the hillside. Ampelohori enjoys an enviable reputation, due to it’s exceptional location and high standards set by Mr.Pelekanos, who conceived and built the village.
Heaven’s Edge occupies the largest plot on the development, the villa has far more space, both inside and out, than is normally found with a property of this type. This one-off design boasts many unusual features, and offers every comfort for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The Villa faces south, and enjoys the full benefit of the Mediterranean sunshine from morning to evening. Set into the hillside and slightly elevated, it offers views of the EU Blue Flag Pissouri Beach, whilst managing to remain sheltered, yet not overlooked.

Outdoor tables and chairs are provided, as well as adjustable sun loungers with shades. There is also a spacious covered barbeque area, as well as a gazebo, beyond the pool, with plenty of space for al fresco dining.
The sense of spaciousness continues when you step inside. The Villa sleeps four, (five if the folding bed is used). The spacious lounge and the dining area seat six. The newly built separate kitchen is fully equipped.
The lounge, dining area, and bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings, to help in keeping these rooms naturally cooler. Timed air conditioners, provided at no extra cost, are fitted throughout.
A lower patio, sun bathing area, and private swimming pool, were recently added. The pool measures 9m x 4m (approx. 30ft x 13 ft), and features large Roman steps to one side. Depth: 1.2m (4 ft) to 1.9m (6 ft 3 in).
Each bedroom has it's own private en suite facilities.

Golf Information
Heaven’s Edge Villa is just a ten minute drive from the famous Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort which is situated in a stunning location overlooking the Mediterranean. The magnificent Golf course takes its name from the birthplace of Aphrodite which it overlooks and is regarded as the most exclusive leisure, golf and property development in the Eastern Mediterranean. The resort itself spans an entire 234 hectares (578 acres) and the golf course weaves in and out around the development. The Award Winning Golf course is surrounded by protected forest and comprises 2 plateaux separated by a dramatic ravine, which gives players the unique opportunity to tee off across it at certain points. The course is par 71/70 and its length is 6,299m.
